We specialize in Kajukenbo—America’s original mixed martial art. It blends karate, judo, jiu-jitsu, kenpo, and kung fu into a practical, real-world self-defense system.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our training is designed to meet you where you are and help you build confidence, discipline, and effective self-defense skills.
No experience needed at all. Our classes are designed for all levels—from complete beginners to advanced students. We guide you step by step, helping you build confidence, learn proper technique, and progress at your own pace in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
